- Minimum 60% in 12th std. with Mathematics as a mandatory subject

- Completion of 4 years of Bachelors / 3 year Bachelor’s + 2 years Master’s degree in relevant study with minimum 65%

Student's Visa procedure
The student needs to create an account and complete the online visa application form
Once the visa application is complete the following documents have to be uploaded online:
- Copy of first and last page of passport.
- A completed questionnaire (Form 105031W_A for a first-time applicant)
- A written consent from parents/custodian if student is under 18 years of age (Form 123011)
- Decision Letter (Offer Letter) and Acceptance Letter from the University in Sweden.
- Payment receipt of the initial tuition fees deposit.
- Financial Documents
- Swedish Institutions would be providing health insurance cover which is specified in the Offer letter and included in the fees.However the student should purchase health insurance for the period of travel and upto the point of enrolment at the institution in Sweden.
- After successfully completing the above the student can pay the visa fees of SEK 1500 with a Debit/Credit car online.
Financial documents
- Bank balance certificate and statements of savings account of the last three months. The balance certificate should be on the Letter head of the bank with the phone number and email address, for the embassy to verify the details.
- The funds should not be withdrawn till the visa decision is made.
- The student has to show funds in his/her savings account only. Joint accounts / FDs / Loan sanction letters are not allowed. However loans disbursed into the student’s savings account may be considered.
- Recent funds are also acceptable in Sweden.
- The applicant should be able to show an amount of SEK 8694 per month towards expenses of living and accommodation. If an applicant intends to study for 12 months, the student must have SEK 104,328 (12x SEK 8694). For 18 months, the student must have SEK 156,492 (18 x SEK 8694) and for 24 months the student must have SEK 208,656 (24 x SEK 8694). (1SEK = INR 9 approximately).
- It is not mandatory to provide proof of funds for the remaining tuition fees but is highly recommended to improve the chances of visa success.
