- Bachelor’s students can work up to 20 hours/week and Master’s students can work up to 40 hours/week . Typical part time earning is 3 - 5 Euros per hour.

Entry Requirements
Subject specific Requirements:
- Medium of Instruction – English
- IELTS- Not required
- Student must be fluent in English with good communication skills. Student must appear for a Skype interview taken by the University Officer from Hungary. The interview is to judge English proficiency of candidate which lasts between 10- 15 minutes.
- Academic percentage – above 60% but we can also try for 55%.

Visa Procedure
Kindly Note
- Student need to carry three sets of documents for visa appointment. One set of original documents and two sets of photocopy documents
- Student need to undergo with the general Aptitude and Mathematics test in which he/she needs to score well
- Student must book three months of accommodation (paid).

Visa Fees
- Visa fee will be Rs. 5430 (EUR 60). No visa fee waiver for this category of travel except for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
- Please note:VFS Global service charge per applicant is Rs 2082 f(inclusive of Goods and Service Tax –SGST @9% and CGST@9% payable for provision of multiple mode of payment.

- Dully filled and signed application form for residence permit and Appendix 14 –find it on the website of Immigration and Asylum Office of Hungary: http://www.bmbah.hu/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout =item&id=70&Itemid=824&lang=en#
- Valid passport with the previous (old) passports (at least 2 blank pages in the valid passport are needed and the passport must be issued within the previous 10 years) Passport must be valid until the end of your course.
- Two color photos (size 3,5x4,5) on the white background taken within the last 6 months. 1 photo must be glued to the application and the other included in the documents
- Flight ticket (dummy would work)
- Accommodation proof for the whole period of stay (can take for 3 months)
- If accommodation is provided by the university, then it is necessary to note it in the invitation letter
- If the student rents a place, then it’s necessary to present agreement with the owner and property document issued within the last 1 month.
- Valid insurance (just travel insurance, if general insurance will be provided by the university/college)
- If the student’s medical insurance is covered by the university then it should be noted in the letter of invitation. Additionally, a 30 days travel insurance in the sum of no less 30.000 Euro which covers medical expenses (insurance should take effect starting from the date of entrance to the territory of all member states of Schengen area) must be included in the documents.
- Letter of Acceptance from the University: the beginning date of classes, payment information (if it’s paid education) and others should be noted.
- Financial requirements-
- Only blood relatives can sponsor (Father, Mother, real Brother or Sister)
- Student Education loan accepted
- Student needs to show balance complete (all years) tuition fee + 1 year living expenses minimum Euro 8,000 to Euro 9,000
- The available/show funds should be more than the required funds (for example- if required funds are Euro 15,000 then the available/show funds should be minimum Euro 19,000 to Euro 20,000)
- In case of sponsor-
- Savings account and FD can be accepted
- 3 months old funds
- Bank statement (of your sponsor) of the last 6 months, counting from the date of your interview
- 3 years ITRs. Proof of income (of your sponsor) –please note, that land registration sheet cannot be accepted as a liquid fund.Any proof of the regular income of your sponsor: job letter from his/her employer, salary slip (of the last 3 months),recommendation letter of the previous employers. In case of own business: certificate about the registration of the company,tax return of the last 2 years, any export/import document which can prove the sponsor’s business, etc. In case of retirement:pension letter with pension slips of the last 3 months.
- Affidavit of Support of sponsor
- Bank balance certificate in the letter of bank (duly signed and stamped) by
- ID proof of sponsor (Pan card and Adhar card)
- In case of Education loan-
- Education loan sanction letter (must have student’s name, amount of loan sanctioned, loan granted for tuition fee and living cost for the student and must have name of the intuition and country)
- The letter should be in the letter head of bank
- Must be duly signed and stamp by bank authorities
- School certificates in English, the most recent school certificates should be Apostilled
